Hi

Can anyone help, trying to get a contract recieved this email

Hello,

Thank you for your recent order.

We have put forward your details to the network and your application has been accepted. To complete your order we will need 2 proofs of ID to be sent to us so we can complete our quality checks.

We will require one proof of ID and one proof of address as follows:

ID:
Passport- This must be valid new style passports that have two lines of letters, numbers and > printed at the bottom of the personal information page and not expired
Full UK driving licence- This must be valid and not expired

Address:
Gas bill
Electricity bill
Landline telephone bill
Bank statement
Credit card statement
(These must be dated within the last 3 months and show current transactions)

We have placed your order on hold for the time being and look forward to hearing from you once you are able to fax, post or email the relevant documents

I have a passport so thats ok

gas and electric are paperless
landline in oh name
bank statement paperless
no credit cards

have letters from gas and electric dated within 3 months just no bills would these be acceptable

or i have saas letters ?

    No i dont, might have to go into bank and ask for a statement showing address

    I downloaded a bank statement once and then sent it as an attachment with an email and it worked
    Be good to the young on their way up you might need them on your way down.

    im with lloyds not sure if my address shows on the online statement, ill go have a look thanx
