To be honest Chucky, I just like goading you. The whole subject of house prices rising 0.01% and such is boring now, nothing really to be discussed anymore, people are just on this forum now to bait and goad.
I read the forum every now and again, but it doesn't take over my life like it used to; its funny seeing the same old arguments peddled out though by the same people.

House prices have risen by a lot more then 0.01%.
The only reason I still post these days is to wind up the people who were so incredably wrong with their predictions.0 -

Of course I care as such, it doesn't consume my life anymore. Life is too short. Anyway my husband is fine thank you, still in work luckily and my daughter has started primary school so no more nursery fee's so not quite the single life, although sometimes that sounds like heaven.0 -
