You, Chucky and Tavish make me laugh... you really do. :rotfl:
so you still can't back up your random comment then.

you're showing your lack of intelligence again by making random comments and being unable to back them up and then trying to get personal just because you can't back them up.

at least people like you are kept on the internet and don't get to see real people :)

To be honest Chucky, I just like goading you. The whole subject of house prices rising 0.01% and such is boring now, nothing really to be discussed anymore, people are just on this forum now to bait and goad.

I read the forum every now and again, but it doesn't take over my life like it used to; its funny seeing the same old arguments peddled out though by the same people.

    No offence intended, just goading.

House prices have risen by a lot more then 0.01%.

The only reason I still post these days is to wind up the people who were so incredably wrong with their predictions.

Of course I care as such, it doesn't consume my life anymore. Life is too short. Anyway my husband is fine thank you, still in work luckily and my daughter has started primary school so no more nursery fee's so not quite the single life, although sometimes that sounds like heaven.

it's not good to be stressed over an internet forum - it's good that you got the therapy and it's helped you get back on track.
