    Yer. And I would expect it too in all honesty, as we both see different things in the housing market as a "good thing". You see rises as good currently, I see falls as good currently.

    Therefore I would expect our definitions of stability in the housing market to differ, as we both have a leaning to a different aspect.

    FWIW, my plans are to trade up around 2012, so price falls between now and then would benefit me of a smaller mortgage.

    Then Dan, why oh why don't you come over to the bear side? Together we can work towards bringing prices down. With you on our side we have the power to move markets.

    In the world the bears are wanting, which you laugh at, you wouldnt have to wait until 2012!

    You would just be able to sensibly trade up if your salary afforded you that. Not if your equity afforded you that.

    Edit, just seen your response. I do want that the above, but I also think it will happen. :)
