sorry to go off topic dan...

...just wondering why your sig previously said '<<<<< house prices will not fall below this point' ....

...but now youve changed it to 'bottom for this cycle'?

what does that mean? you expecting another cycle which will take prices lower than feb?

The cycle as in the late 2000s crash.

I'm happy to change it back if you like :)

Although you are entitled to your opinion Dan, I would say that your post here is a guess at best, I feel the risk would be too high considering what is being put at stake. It's just as likely that my scenario could play out.

Of course, it is all guess work. If we could see the future, we would be rich.

Just teasing. Actually I'm really glad you are on here, else no one to argue with. Must be quite hard work keeping up with the posts.

Yes, trying to reply to them all can get quite tricky. Don't want to leave anyone out in case they think I haven't got an answer.

Im going now tho - the Mrs is on my case to cut the grass.

    See you all later.
