Cash ISA - ?Fixed or Tracker

Our fixed rate ISA's have matured with Nationwide and we have to make a choice for reinveestment of £3,500 each.
What would MSExperts choose?
A One Year Fixed ISA at 3% or a 2year Tracker ISA at 2%?
Would be most grateful for views.

Ok the tracker ISA is upto 2.5%....
Or fix for 1 year at 3%.....
