Iphone reception issues indoors

Hi all,
I was wondering if anyone was experiencing the same as me? I have an iphone on O2 contract. In the last month my iphone stopped getting normal reception indoors. I have taken it to the O2 shop and they say it is water damaged, however i do not believe this as the phone works fine out doors but when ever and where ever I go it stops working indoors.
The reason I do not believe O2 is that they sent a extremely poor picture when they returned my phone. This seems like a bit of a cover up by O2.
Is there anyone else with this issue?

Check to see if your phone is water damaged as they may be right. Look into the charger connection bit with the screen facing upwards. Just on the bottom is a small hole (you might need a torch for this). If underneath the connection there is a pink colour then it has been exposed to water, if its white then its fine. There is also another of these "sensors" inside the headphone socket, right at the bottom. If it is pink, its been exposed to water.
If you google iphone water damage, you will find pictures showing what I am talking about.0 -
My phone has been like that too for the last week. Sometimes if im in doors I get "No Service" go outside and still get "No Service" after 20 mins. I have to turn the phone on and off all the time. Its rubbish.
Wish I still had my samsung, that was great, dropped it all the time, even in the bath and it still worked, best phones I've ever had. Iphone is rubbish and apple are rubbish too:mad:0/2013

Yes I have checked the websites you have suggested and it does seem to have a pink section to it under the connector.
I wish they would have told me about this when they sold me the phone.
Will chase on that front. May even see if i could put in a complaint with the FOS for being mis-sold a contract?
Any other rescue ideas?:rolleyes:A clever man commits no minor blunders.0
