No idea on quality, but can't really grumble for the price.

We've got a Moffat electric halogen hob that was here when we moved in 8 years ago & has probably been here since the house was converted back in the 1990's and it works perfectly and cleans up a treat! I'd have no problems recommending Moffat (even though I'd never heard of them before having one)!

In contrast we had a Smeg buit-in dual oven which we have had to replace, so I guess sometimes names aren't everything!
