    I do this:
    1. cook macaroni in slightly salted boiling water, drain with cold water and leave to side.
    2. make cheese sauce (I do it by eye but google 'cheese sauce' and there are many....you can use a packet mix if you are really stuck!)- I tend to make quite a lot more than it looks like I'd need to cover pasta as the tubes soak it up (nothing worse than dried out macaroni cheese!).
3 mix pasta and sauce and liberally sprinkle with grated cheese and bread crumbs and basically just heat through in oven at about 180/grill under medium grill.....you can add more cheese on if you think what you have is not enough.
This is a good link to a recipe with quantities and stuff ;) (ETA same link as Triker!).

On a flying front now off to make my sausage rolls :D.

    Morning all

Thank goodness it was the Children's rooms today... DDs room was so bad that I couldn't face another day with it humming and had planned to do it today anyway. I'm off to collect her from school in 20 mins and then we're off to see my mum. I'm covered in dust, cobwebs and general bits of plastic, paper and grot.

(Seriously, it wasn't that bad, but I haven't been able to get into there to hoover and dust for the past 2 weeks...)

As you can see, I'm on a roll today. Just think what I can achieve tomorrow when she's at school all day....!!!

I'm a bit  because I could have hung my washing out to dry this morning (that is, if the pegs kept it on the line!).

Enjoy the rest of the afternoon all...

    Take care
