How do I delete old messages from my voicemail?
I currently have 20 saved messages, it does so automatically, and last night, voicemail called me at 4.45am. I was not impressed.

I think you press 3 whilst listening to a saved message.

It should only call you if you have new (unread) messages, although you can switch to text alert so it will text you instead of calling you

Your right, at the end of every message you press 3 to delete.
