If the whole circuit is now dead then just reset the RCD or replace the fuse at the consumer unit.

I don't think the whole circuit is dead as the sockets in the other room are okay. However, other appliances that work elsewhere in the house don't work from the double socket in the utility room. Neither does the tumbler nor washing machine.
Hopefully, an electrician can sort it all out for me, as I don't understand what's happening and am running out of fuses!somewhere between Heaven and Woolworth's0 -
