How to list something as damaged...

Hiya,
I bought a dress ages and ages ago on ebay. It was advertised as being fine and the zip *does* work but it's slightly sticky. I could never zip it up on myself and it didn't really suit me. So it's been sat in my room doing !!!!!! all.
Now I need a bit of cash I want to list it but I don't want to sell it to someone without mentioning the zip is a bit sticky. I don't want to make a huge issue of it and I don't know how much it would cost to replace.
How would you describe it?

I'd list it as normal but just make a mention of it in the listing itself. To be honest if you were keeping the dress I'd actually suggest you try rubbing a candle on the zip to help it run smoothly
