    hi alyssa_liss

yes any random coin found goes in our pot, so money found on the floor, in DH's pockets, some people have a grocery budget and any left over goes in their pot.

it's entirely up to you how you fill your pot.

To answer your question: As Kerfuffle says, each lasts for a year 2nd December (we start over again) of one year until the 1st December of the next. Then off we go again. However, just in case you mean: "Do you need to reapply each year?" the answer is No...you're stuck with us!!! :D BTW, from what you said the other day, I thought your house situation sounded perfect!

oh no i can't run away!!! :rotfl:

  • Went back to the Bank today after having to leave last week as they were so slow and my parking was running out. Asked the guy on the desk for some bags and he gave me a great big handful, so am prepared for counting up now.

can i ask how does everyone fill there pot??

as in just random coins found ....set amount each week.......only 10ps etc...

im planning ahead for the next one

I put in what ever change I have in my purse at the end of the day - if there is more that £1 in gold ones I have to think about what I need the next day to see if I need those shiny ones.

    Afternoon everyone

Couldn't remember where SPC lived on the forum - then had brilliant idea of doing a search - DOH!

Anyway - I haven't been slacking, have been putting in odd coins. Plus, have whatever change is left lurking in pockets, bottom of handbag etc. (after purchasing weekly Fish n Chip treat). I even found a scrunged-up fiver in my jean pocket so chucked that in as well.

also, if I see any change-that-isn't-mine lurking for more than a couple of days - in it goes!

Looking forward to the 1st December grand unsealing;)
