Puk number - help

Son has an LG Cookie phone, have all the boxes, manuals etc but cannot find puk number. Screen on phone has come up that he needs to input this code/number cannot find anywhere. Any ideas or do we need to get this from Virgin? Thanks

you know the little credit card sized plastic card you break the simcard out of? It should say it on there?

PUK stands for Personal Unblocking Key. If you have entered your PIN code incorrectly 3 times your sim card will be blocked and you will be unable to make and receive calls/texts.
