Had a tough few days with car tax and house insurance (MOT due too in just a couple of weeks) so a tough bank holiday cash wise.
So - I've done a meal plan for the week and bought the groceries accordingly. Made Carrot and cumin (yum) soup for lunch for the next couple of days.
Homemade pizza in the oven (I think I made too much dough...they're huge heehee :rotfl: :rotfl:). I've read (book and posts on here) and OH had been on his playstation...freeish.
Will have a couple more things to list on ebay later - and OH has had some lovely feedback in the last few days on ebay which is really nice.
Enjoy the rest of the day all. :T0 -
We had a family day out! We walked to a fete, my little girl had her face painted for free, then a go on a bouncy castle for 50p. We then managed to buy a second hand barbie scooter for £3 and found a penny on the way home.
Total for the day out for 4 of us was £3.49! :j
However, the chocolate and cigs on the way home came to about £5.50 :eek:DMP mutual support number 174Total debt now (April 10) £0! - total paid off £30,221 or 100%I'm now debt free after 6 years!!:jNon smoker since June 2006 :j0 -

well I have had a great DFW day but not such a good DFW evening
Mum and Dad came over to help me with painting and decorating and I supplied HM soup and bread for lunch. So far so good, but it got to dinner time and I was aching so much from being on my knees all day painting skirting boards that I decided that I couldnt be bothered to cook dinner so we had a chinkieI also bought sweets yesterday and today - think I may have fallen off the wagon for a couple of days
