Cheap courier for Europe & North America

Guys,
I'm in desperate search for a cheap courier for Europe and North America. It's important for me to have confirmation of delivery. I'm using Royal Mail inside the UK, but they don't provide confirmation of delivery outside the UK. I'm sending posters in tubes (3" dia, 635mm or 1100mm long, 300-700gr). Any suggestions greatly appreciated.
