Yes change the simpleton record please, lets have a debate and keep to the subject. We know landregistry prices went up, they were expected too based on the 2-3 month lag behind nationwide figures. All based on 1/3 of normal sales with 100% mortgages on homebuy schemes and bank of mum and dad. This funding is almost all gone. No one else is buying. What is Sarah on about???? Hmmm, I suspect very vested interests.
She just launched a property company strangely lol, she got ripped apart on land registry figures:rotfl::exclamatiScams - Shared Equity, Shared Ownership, Newbuy, Firstbuy and Help to Buy.

I'm seeing properties on Bee that have been on for eighteen months!!! Investment properties (lol) sat there waiting for some punter to pay 100k for a 3% yield before costs are taken into account. The price level at which agents used to laugh and say "you'll get nowt for that around here" has been truly smashed and yet it appears no one is snapping these 'bargains' up.So to sum up, I'm hearing one thing and seeing another, in life I would normally trust what I can see rather than what I hear.
Would I trust my own eyes, or stats. Hmmm.0 -
