  • Hi peeps, Just an update.

    I received a letter from Bank of Scotland today dated 16/09/09.

    Its thanked me for my letter dated the 09/09/09(oo err! lol) saying they will contact me soon to discuss my concerns, and theyve nicely enclosed a complaints leaflet :T

    Thanks for your update.

    Hope they resolve in your favour and I take it, its that of the Financial ombudsman service (FOS) complaints details they have enclosed?

    Just to make you aware though, if you hear nothing by 8 weeks, you do or should have the opportunity to go to the FOS from there, if you want to, but please bear in mind, although your entitled to do this, it may take some time with the FOS, due to the large volumes of these complaints.
