Congrats on those reaching target & I think I am justified in saying EVERYONE has worked so hard on this Challenge so Well Done to Yooze All :T There's scope for another three days yet so don't despair!
As usual, the days have run away with me so I hope you don't object to my starting the thread for October. If someone else would like a bash for the coming months, please speak up. I do like chatting with folk & sometimes forget what I'm doingso just give us a shout OK.

17 NSD's for me. Really please to have hit target, and the knock on affect on the budget has been great.I learned that courage was not the absence of fear, but the triumph over it. The brave man is not he who does not feel afraid, but he who conquers that fear.0

Hi all :hello:
Haven't done as well as I'd hoped recently but have got some bargains put away for Christmas
I'm up to 10 NSD's now. Target was 15 but this challenge has been MUCH harder than I thought :rotfl: Think I might drop it to 12 for next month....

Managed 2 NSDs over the weekend, phew, so have reached my target. :j
I am really pleased as this was our first attempt at actually counting our NSDs. I think the trick is to try and organise shop-buying to coincide with Mr T deliveries, if possible. DH actually asked if he was "allowed" to shop today!
At least life will be easier/cheaper once DS1 is packed off to Warwick Uni this weekend...his first year! We have been getting him lots of extras, so this month's budget has been blown out of the water. DS1 hopes not to be asking us for any extra money at all - wonder whether that will work! We have decided to pay for his accommodation, so then it is up to him to budget for everything else. His GF will be seeing him every 2 weeks or so, she can make sure he is eating enough!
Right, I am going to aim for 14 NSDs in October. I will declare for September at the end of the month.

Whoo! According to my spreadsheet i've had 10 NSDs so far this month! :j
Tomorrow should be another one, had a mini shop today so shouldn't need anything in the next few days.
I'll aim for 12 NSDs in October - will go over to the thread.
