Aiming for 3 NSDs this week. 1 down for today. Whoopeee! Quite gutted that I need to buy petrol tomorrow as few opportunities for NSDs this week...Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed by the things that you didn't do than by the ones you did do. As regards to grocery spends & things, I guess the Grocery Challenge is a big help for me. I was always a 'once a week' kinda shopper but since the offspring have grown, I tend to do several mid-size shops as & when needed; with four adults in the house, I'd need an industrial sized fridge & freezer to keep any more than three days milk & veg :rotfl: We've not an awful lot of SIZE=1]shop[/SIZE choice locally, so I usually take me muvva to the next town in either direction which also doesn't help accrue NSDs & to just vary the supermarket we trudge around.
A good few people find menu plans are a big help; you decide on what meals you can have for the coming week/fortnight etc etc & shop appropriately, although for me the 4 grown-ups makes my planning--well--let's just say it's on my 'find-a-way-to-make-my-to-do-list-work' list

Thanks Big mumma, I do menu plan and meal plan and shop accordingly, just always end up getting more through the weekto top up!!
Have decided that I will not include grocery shops when counting a NSD, as it is within my grocery budget. So today is therefore another NSD!!! (coz all I brought is bread!! :T)0 -
