I didn't have music with any of mine, was too out of it with 2 of them, DD2's birth was the best and only one with a window. I had an epidural so was able to enjoy the experience more as I wasn't feeling the pain - what bliss!!Sealed Pot Challenge #0160 -

I was only induced with DD1, had first lot of gel on the Friday evening, remember it was a bit painful and uncomfortable, nothing happened after the first lot of gel so had to have more on the Saturday morning, went into labour at 11am and DD1 was born at 3.08pm, so only 4 hours and 8 mins. I had Pethidine too which spaced me out between contractions so felt like I was having a permanent contraction as I was sleeping and would wake when the contractions came.
That was why I had an epidural as soon as I could with DD2 and it was bliss. I only had DD3 because I said I would definitely have an epidural, but unfortunately didn't get one.Sealed Pot Challenge #0160 -
CMD - of course i will pray for you to go naturally. although it may make you feel better to know that i was booked in to be induced at 10am on the friday morning and went into labour at 11pm the night before. DD must be like me leaving everything til the very last minute.
i would recommend an epidural too. next time i will go in demanding one!!Goals for FebruaryDeclutter 2/50Money Made £0/£200Overpayments £0/£2000 -
although if you don't have an epidural, (it will be hard to remember but do try) remember that each contraction is another step closer to meeting your baby.Goals for FebruaryDeclutter 2/50Money Made £0/£200Overpayments £0/£2000

Hi Starnac
I'm still here.
Well done on cycling to work, you will be super fit.
Have a few things finishing on Ebay tonight, just hoping to get a few more bids on a few things.
DD3 is asleep now so going to spend 1hr 15 mins getting stuff on Turbolister for Ebay tonight.
I rang Prudential up today about my Endowment that I've been paying since May 1996 and the surrender value today is £10,195.30, am wanting to cash it in and pay the money off my credit card and put a bit in savings but am not sure if I can do that while it is still linked to a mortgage although won't be in the next few months.
What to do?Sealed Pot Challenge #0160 -
Hi starnac! Well done on your cycling! How far is work? I'll start to cycle soon as well, when we move offices, want to use car a little as possible and again, thinking about selling it, as I think it's getting to its last legs.
Well done on amazon sales as well. My last period was really good, so looking forward to getting the money on Wednesday, that'll probably go towards the One debt vs 100 days challenge. Ebay listings finishing tonight as well, 2 going definitely, and I think 6 have watchers so fingers crossed!DEBT FREE OCTOBER 2012!Proud to have dealt with my debts!0 -
i only live 2 miles from work so cycling isn't that big a deal. what makes it hard is that i haven't cycled since i left uni when i used to cycle all the time and the 2 miles back in the morning is all uphill which is a pain when i'm tired.
good luck to both of you with your ebay stuff finishing tonight.
TMD - i don't know anything about endowments so i can't help you i'm afraid. the one thing i will ask is was the endowment originally to pay off your mortgage when it finished and will you be able to pay your mortgage off if you cash it in?Goals for FebruaryDeclutter 2/50Money Made £0/£200Overpayments £0/£2000 -
Mine will be only 3.5 miles and flat, but better than driving exercise wise.DEBT FREE OCTOBER 2012!Proud to have dealt with my debts!0
