Morning all
Payday for me today so feel a bit better about transferring some baby savings! OH is still waiting to get a cheque for part time work (on the way) and we are due money back on our rent deposit in February so that should add another £1500 (approx) to the savings. I want to get under 10k this month on the debt front so have budgeted some money from that to go towards overpaying the loan.
I just found out that I will have so much annual leave accrued when I come back to work properly in Sept that I should get paid on a full time basis for Sep, Oct and Nov so that will be great for overpaying on the loan as well. Depending on how costly this little one is - I would like to have the loan fully paid off by June 2011 - and then start overpaying on our mortgage. OH would also be due a bonus(and payrise in September) in Oct and Nov this year (depending on how the company is going) so that will go towards overpaying as wellTotal (Aug 19):€58,567 Now:€26,947
