Oh, I'm fine thanks! It happens to me a lot, actually. I'm very clumsy :rotfl:.

There was a free diabetes check just outside my work and they also worked out your BMI, muscle mass,bone mass, BMR (Basal metabolic rate), metabolic age and visceral fat rating. And the results for me were very good, so I need to stop beating myself about my flab (though I still want to sort it out!).

So, I'm 31 and my metabolic age came at 22!!! (A metabolic age number younger than your chronological age generally means that you are fitter and in better health than the average, the lower the age the better in shape you are.) People are always saying I look younger than I am (family trait) and now I have proof! My visceral fat rating came in at 2 (1-12 low risk, 13-59 high risk).

Whooo, well done tirl! Can't belive you have any 'flab' on you - you sound so sporty. I did a physical age test on Facebook, came out as 21 . Does that count?

Morning ladies!

I'm afraid plenty of flab on me still, but will try to sort it out this year, again... But was pleased with the results, wasn't expecting quite that.

Managed to get the dongle to work last night in my room. Nor superfast, but ok. Managed to do l1ttlewoods scratchie but not virgin, which is a shame as you can cash out quicker on the latter.

BF has now booked a skiing holiday going on Sunday week. He's still a beginner so won't be going with him this year, hopefully next...when he's improved and if we're still together.
