Angel - thanks for your input - I don't like getting up at 6am and sitting down to a cruddy breakfast at 7am and having to listen to folks that are mainly up their own bums:rolleyes: I now have plenty of bookmarks as I have about 35 mainly useless business cards. I refuse to commit or be indoctrinated into their ways. £575 is way too much plus I would still have to pay £10 for breakfast each Friday and I wouldn't pay £2 for their breakfast it was rubbish:rolleyes: now £525 is my rent and the extra £50 (£575) could be used for food, spa membership, bills or even the services of a personal trainer for 2 hours and I'd still have change:rolleyes:
I am a member of my local chamber of commerce (start up membership which means that when I want to network I have to fork out each time - so I dont network that often:rolleyes:), I try and attend the Women Who...lunches that the chamber run though as I have had some good contacts from that - no business yet though:rolleyes:
Numpty - I get my business cards from printing.com and wait until they have a sale on, I have luxury cards..they feel quite sexy and I know that I have about a 1000 left.:j0 -
