Hi gang - its started snowing here and the forecast for the rest of the week isnt looking good. Need to go to the travel agents but dare not go out in case the postman comes.

I had forgotten that Horace was a roman poet/scholar - I got my nickname from my old car (I used to call it Horace). I don't want to be a ship because it makes me think that I am fat (well I am a little podgy in places:eek:).

Had 6 small pancakes yesterday - I bunged them in the microwave but will make some proper ones later

A post-lunch bump. made some sweet potato and carrot soup, with a little hint of fresh red chilli. Unfortunately 4 thin slices of fresh red chilli have turned it into firewater.....with a heck of a kick. Ideal for clearing out congested nasal passages, even my son, who loves spicy stuff, had to take it very easy.
