    I've got a bit of an angry on:mad::mad: (might get into a wobbly:eek:)

    Why is it when you do surveys about banks/credit cards/loans
    is there never a box at the end to give your sugguestions or thoughts:huh:

    I got 70p for it anyway and signed up for crapital 1 to send me a survey
    could be fun;)

    and can some one explain to me the link between
    nicotine replacement patchs and hemeroid cream:huh:
    these surveys are getting wierd

    Spoon put the pc or link and we'l se what happens:D;)

    I couldn't even think of anything witty to say that might link the two (though that might be a good thing :p)

    And I am with you on the :mad: N Rock still haven't confirmed in writing how my overpayments will be split, even though I called the day I posted my SOA - which I think was a couple of weeks ago now. So my guess is the overpayment will not all got to the secured loan from March onwards, as I asked them to do. Grrrrrr :mad:

    I tried to understand all that loan/mortgage stuff but I haven't a clue, sorry:o
    from what I remember your SOA looked fairly tidy, apart from that :cool:

    Make sure you tell crapital 1 what you think Numpty... about time they got some "constructive feedback"...

    Worked it out Numpty - took me an hour but I got there, I now have a Tigger avatar which I'm very pleased with :D:D:D
