Hi Angie and good morning all.

I was just thinking about Rog yesterday and no we haven't seen or heard from him on here. :(

Sorry you have been having a rough time, take care of yourself. I think benefits are designed to confuse.

Lula, look after yourself (would DD be offended if you took to wearing a mask everytime you are in the same room as her?), keep some happy dust for you and DD.

    Hello everyone
Lula - sorry DD isn't well - make sure you look after yourself, you might have more chance of fighting it off that way. Hope you're OK.

Angie - sorry you're having a bad time of it, benefits are definitely designed to confuse. Take care of yourself.

Tixy - hope you're OK today?

MF - that one is definitely catchy as well, but "lean on me" is still there, it hasn't quite gone yet .... :rotfl:

Hope Rog is OK, haven't seen him for ages...

sorry things are grim for you Angel :grouphug:

No sign of Rog - let's hope that his new business venture has takenoff & he's now sunning himself on a tropical island ... :)

Like the idea of the mask Tixy :rotfl:- probably too late for that now though :(.

Good morning all. Happy dust got a bit of a green tinge today, Lula? Hope the lurgy doesn't get you as well, though it's one way to lose weight I suppose!

Six Nations Rugby - shouldn't we all be singing Swing Low Sweet chariot?

Good luck fighting your way through the red tape, Angie, I am sure it's a plot to confuse us all and to hide the fact that those in power haven't got a clue what they're doing.

Rog! Where are your words of wisdom when we need you? Hope you really are ok out there.

Have a good day everyone.., apart from the raspberry jam on the motorway that used to be a pack of trolls..

Sorry:o, seems I've let the thread fall to page 2 despite being on duty (took my eye off the ball and went visiting other boards)

Back on page 2 again Tixy, you're definitely slipping today :rotfl::rotfl:. Hope you're OK?

Hi Nargle, hope you're well? Yeah, guess we should all be singing "Swing Low, etc......"

Back to page 1 you go ...

I'm good thanks SS - how are you? hows work? I'm doing delibrate avoidance today even though I know full well I have deadline to meet - why do I do it to myself? (mind you I blame MSE and Martin personally for luring me on to here!!)

I'm fine thanks Tixy, though suffering from the same disease as you... always finding something more important to do (a thread to read on here usually ...). No idea why we do this, causes no end of problems and panicking when I'm running to catch up with myself (I would insert a confused smiley here were it still available!).

    It's snowing here :mad::mad::mad:.....

Errrrmmmm ... so if some of us keep a watchful eye out for this thread - it forces others to work?

    OK ... I wasn't here!!! :rotfl:

    Hi everybody.

Over the last few weeks we have had a number of "troll" attacks on the boards.

What is a Troll? A troll is a person that posts deliberately provocative, nasty or hurtful comments on threads. They may be a person with no previous connection to the board or someone that has created a pseudonym to get their point made.

If you should get a comment made on any thread you post asking for help and advice please realise this comment is not directed at you personally.
We really are all a lovely bunch here (oops, modest, sorry) so please ignore these nasty comments and continue to post here as normal.

what should i do if i get a comment made on my thread?

firstly do not respond to the comment as this invariably is what the person wants. At the bottom of the post, on the left hand side is a red "warning" triangle. Click this and then "send" the message that comes up. This will report the message to abuse who will review it's content and delete it.

The person we had this morning was particularly vile and nasty and please believe me is an extreme rarity here.
Above all PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE THE BOARDS. THIS SITE IS AN ASSET TO SO MANY, ESPECIALLY WHEN IT FEELS THE WORLD IS FALLING IN ON YOU. THERE IS SUCH A WEALTH OF ADVICE HERE TO BE HAD THAT THE COMMENTS OF ONE MUST NOT DETER YOU FROM AVAILING YOURSELF OF THE KNOWLEDGE HERE!!!!

It is testament to the work that martin has done and continues to do that so many people give their time knowledge and experience freely to others, without judgement, to lift people out of the depths of debt crisis

PLEASE DO NOT LET THE ACTIONS OF THE MINORITY RUIN THAT.

    Kind wishes
    P
