    Hi all

What a day - I remembered that it was my second cousins birthday on 28 Jan - trouble is I remembered today:eek: so that's me in the bad books again (insert banned rolleyes smilie).

I have been approached by BBC3 asking if I have any brides (they have to be women for some reason) or know anyone who is planning to propose as they are casting for a programme on getting married in the 21st century. Unfortunately I dont know anyone.

Now I am wondering if I should say anything to EON? They have sent me another £50 compensation for freezing half to death or do I just bank it and think thank you very much?:rotfl:

I keep singing Are We Human by The Killers and the Black Eyed Peas song about great days. Earlier I was singing More than a Feeling by Boston. Am toying with the idea of getting the new Journey album.

Had a letter from Amex today - they are reducing my credit limit to £3600 from £8500 because I havent been spending on the card...sigh, I have been sensible.

You froze to death over 2 days Horace. I vote bank it.

    Me too.

I'm lucky to work in a very laid back office where the boss insists on having planet rock on all day  I come out of work with tunes like Back in Black in my head.

Well done on getting more bricks PPP :D

Yep, I had chocolate fudge cake, very enjoyable! Not only cake of course, that was just for dessert. Bad idea not bringing in lunch, costs in money and in calories :o. I shall be scared stepping on the scales on Thursday.

It seems like there are even more new people in trouble in Feb than in January, maybe it takes people a month after their new year's resolutions to find us or build up the courage to ask for help. Or maybe it only gets scary when January's credit card statement drops?

Anyway at least they have found us now. :j

    Yum Tixy, my favourite ..
Think you're right about Feb being busier than Jan - Xmas bills coming in thick and fast now

Keep the money, Horace, you earned it nearly freezing to death.
Boston - one of my favourites from the 70s ... Like the Killers and Black Eyed Peas, not keen on Journey though.

Seems like we have the music for a virtual party all sorted out then.. Numpty is nominated DJ then..

    Evening all

re the Bill Withers song - that could be a DFW theme tune, with lines like "I might have a problem that you'll understand, we all need somebody to lean on...." Isn't that what we all do for each other on here?

Hope your day has been fabulous in every sense of the word and that we don't get too much of the wet white stuff tomorrow.
