Ah well, stuff happens. Am doing stuff of the ironing variety at present, before disappearing for a late shift today. Have a good day one and all.

I am back and full of dinner which I cooked myself and made some real gravy as opposed to resorting to bisto granules.

Spent the afternoon at my parents and watched the GP with dad, mooched around mum's garden and as I was about to leave asked to do her a favour as she wants to order some shoes (she takes a AA fitting and she either has to go mail order or visit Bath for the only shoe shop that sells AA fitting shoes) - she asked me to measure her feet - easier said than done and had me in fits of giggles whilst dad kept making comments. I came away from my parents with some freshly picked tomatoes and a small joint of beef because dad has decided that he doesnt like it (it has to be cooked nice n slow and apparently yesterday he turned his nose up at it so hence the remaining fillet has been given to me).:j
