No sun, and bitterly cold, down here in the wilds of Wiltshire.
But Rog2 is one happy bunny because he is not 'trundling' today. :T :TI am NOT, nor do I profess to be, a Qualified Debt Adviser. I have made MANY mistakes and have OFTEN been the unwitting victim of the the shamefull tactics of the Financial Industry.
If any of my experiences, or the knowledge that I have gained from those experiences, can help anyone who finds themselves in similar circumstances, then my experiences have not been in vain.

So they will be 'in default' after 12 working days of receipt of your request, and £1 Statutory Fee, irrespective of the content of that letter, numpt.
This is a common response, from our 'dca' friendsin order to try to mislead you from the fact that they can not comply with their legal obligations, under the Act.

Flippin cold here - must go and cook up that box of mince, the two carrots (chop em up small and nuke 'em) and maybe peel and slice the spuds to make something for dinner.
Had a call from London chappie - he rang me at 13.26 to say that he was on the M6 on his way to Shrewsbury for an inspection and that he would pop in on his way back - he then rang me at 15.52 to say that he had just left shrewsbury and was driving back to London as he has a meeting at 5.30pm and he wouldnt be able to pop in (drat..I needed him to change some lightbulbs:rolleyes:) - he has no concept of time nor space - and it was only after I just rang him to say that he should perhaps ring the office to say that he would be late and would get there at about 7-7.30pm (what a kindly soul I am:rotfl:).
Have done n a f f all today - well I have nothing to show for anything that I have done.0 -
