    It's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
    We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
    Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.

    DD2 joined womanhood this afternoon....22 days after DD1 did. :eek:

    My babies are all grown up :cry:

    Opted for chicken and apricot curry with wedges for tea....it's cooking now and smells lush.

    There's 2 and a half years between them but they're both the same height and weight so I wasn't surprised they've started so close but it was a whammy.

    As for the curry - it's a semi cop out I'm afraid.

    Fry off some onions, add cumin, corriander powder, chilli flakes, garlic and some curry powder....a bit of wine to get it going...then add chicken breast cut up small....add a good handfull of raisins, a chopped and peeled apple and a handfull of chopped apricots.

    Then the cheaty bit.....stir in a jar of value curry sauce (4p in Mr S's)...simmer until cooked.

    Yums! The apricots swell up in the sauce and go really moist and flavourfull.

    The sauce is really tasty and great to eat on it's own but we like to jazz it up a bit.

    4p?!?!?! Really? I will ngive that a go Pookster, sounds lush...may do that tomorrow-do you know if Asda does a value sauce that cheap?

    Not seen it in Asda - Tesco do one for 5p-ish. It's lush on chips :D The Sainsburys one's in a jar - like a jam jar size - the Tesco one's in a tin.....both are lovely.
