New Phone that has been Used?!
I recently purchased a Nokia 6700 GSMIt was supposed to be new. It was opened in the shop to put in my SIM but later at home I was rather surprised to find a long list of contacts already added! In addition, the phone was loosing charge very quickly and the back light would not turn off.
I did get the phone replaced with a NEW one, but what bugs me is I have to take time out of work to exchange it and travel there and back again!
I wrote to phones4u head office and complained and was given a feable excuse: “The details on the handset may have been input due to the store demonstrating the handset to another customer”.
Not impressed with phones4u
I would welcome the comments of you experts out there. Thanks.

Would have thought it was not beyond their abilities to do a factory reset. But they can't sell you a 'used' phone, however lightly, as a new one.No free lunch, and no free laptop0
