lol yes enjoying isn't the word I'm using today... really wanted fish and chips but really had to resist... wouldn't have done my debt or my waistline any good!!

my diary is definitely lacking in motivation today too think it's one of those days!!

hmmm I will read this thread with interest, it looks like lots of fun I love all the stuff you chat about made me smilw when I read it!

Oh and for anyone whos been watching Location, Location, Location.....the couple who were looking at the house in Derby, the one they went for is around the corner from my 1st Derby house that I rented with DH:D The Sangra Stores they showed is where I topped up my 'leccy! Does that make me famous by proxy?!!?

Don't think it actually counts as spam 'cos your not telling anyone to buy anything.. you might get away with it. Although I totally wanna make your apple muffins- how do you make your cinnamon sauce? It sounds yum.

Cinnamon apple sauce is VVVVVV easy.

Apples- sweet ones peel and chop- do about 5 big apples
25g sugar
25g butter
juice of half lemon
all in saucepan, simmer for about 15-20, mash with masher (figures) I like to leave some lumpy bits!

Put in steralised jars done.

For those who are not sure how to steralise jars. Wash in cold water and washing liquid but i prefer to buy cheap steralising tablets (from baby section) and pop 1 in the water. leave for about 10 mins. Take out and place onto wire racks in oven at about 150 degress for 10 mins. There you go!

I'm well into jam making etc now. Lots of people will be getting it for xmas put it that way- very MSE!!
