Evening guys, just doing the next weeks meal plan and ordering online shop.

Ps re diet club i lost 3lbs this week yay!!! How is eveyone else doing? I've still not done any exercise though.

Just got back from gymn. Got v sweaty but was able to take my mind off what I was doing by watching the England game. Hmmm - we were quite good I thought.

Need to NOT stay on here til midnight like I normally do. Have been so tired recently, but evenings are Rupe time in my house. :j(After 9.30pm that is)

Well done Tilly! :T I have lost 2Ib in total since restarting properly last week. And I weigh again on Sunday (Sunday's I have an 'eat what I like day, so I don't feel deprived! )

Well done Tilly and Laura on the weight loss!:j:jI am going to do BIL's cleaning in a moment and then come back and finish the List.......

I am really impressed with myself I have just counted up all my change that I'd been saving up to take away and I have £50:jI've been doing it since July and halving it with my Christmas sealed pot, so am chuffed.

Hope everyone is ok. Where is Ebbs and Ruby?

I think today i'm going to sort the garden out a bit. Plus i need to put a second layer of sugarpaste on a cake which i hate doing!!! And i want to have a proper read of my book 2.

GOOD MORNING WORLD! Yes I am still alive, sorry for the painful (well for me anyway) silence.

This week and last have been the busiest I have ever been here. I have been covering for a different PA who is higher up than me and it has been eyes on the screen all week!!! (and not the fun screen! )

Anyway here I am checking in and have just read the last four pages.

Firstly: RM I received the book yesterday, thank you very much, started it on the tube this morning so that won't take me long to devour. Who is it next, is it Laura? If so PM me your address hun so I can forward it straight on

RM can I have the food plan please? I have been rubbish at sticking to the one I downloaded - I bougth the makings of fishcakes but still haven't had a night with enough time to make them Tonight I'm having yet another jacket potato with cheese and beans for dinner (I KNEW it would be worth buying a microwave) but then tomorrow I am off to Leicester for four days and have run down the fridge accordingly. When I get back I'll be doing a big organised shop. So that food plan would really help, cheers love

Well done for facing your fears and telling your mum about your dad. If your mum is half the woman you are she will eventually understand your reasoning. Good luck - you know where we are if you need to rant/chat

Done BIL's cleaning, the last of the ironing, paid phone bill, nearly finished packing and phew the list is nearly done.

Ruby: Where are you? Only a day or so to got before your holiday also.
