Need advice regarding TT please.

I am with NTL for BB and BT for calls. I recently signed up on-line for TT package inc BB fo £31 mth. After reading all the horror stories about TT customer care I am seriously having second thoughts! My TT connection for calls is due on 10th may and BB sometime in June. I have had a letter from BT asking me to reconsider leaving them and to confirm that I do. If I tell BT that I do in fact want to stay with them, will they stop TT connecting? Same question regarding NTL. I have already set up a DD for TT but I can cancel that. Any advice would be most welcome.
Thanks in advance.

I've been with TT for about 8 months now, always found them really helpful, never had any connection or speed problems with my BB. Yes I've read the horror stories, but hey I've read the same about all the others too. I guess its like a lottery and they are probably all as bad as the others.
Never even considered NTL as thier telly doesn't even touch my sky plus, but I've heard people having trouble with them too. BT were always good to me, again never any problems but how many people like to tell you their BT horror stories?

thanks for your thoughts, and yes, maybe I am being pessimistic! I have had awful problems with Ntl when I first took on their BB. I think what I will do is have TT for calls and BB and also keep NTL for BB. I really have no choice in this because if I don't cancel NTL before 3rd May I will be locked in to a 12mth contract with them, but TT cant give me BB til June at the eariest and I just couldn't live with no internet!:eek:0
