  • assume money taken from a credit card. There will be numbers on the back of the statement or printed on the credit card.

  • It appears they are a collection agency for the Royal Bank of Scotland, dealing with credit cards. There are a lot of posts about this company on the consumer action group site.

No, it came from my debit card. I have not any debt or monies owing on any cards. I clear balance every month.
  • had the account gone to triton then?
cos they deal with credit cards there. well they did when I worked there!

  • Hi Lisa

Sorry confused , I do not know about Triton. I only have 2 credit cards and there is no debt. I find it so frustrating as it is a huge amount of money. £1,000!

sorry but how can it take you so long to realise that £1000 has been taken from your account without you noticing it but only 8 months later, or how can you still be dealing with that now...something am not following here

think the best way forward is to write to them and ask them outright

I was in the process of building a house, so many many transactions of large amounts. When I first flagged it I thought I had mislaid a sand or cement invoice, but I now know that is not true. Clueless who they are, other than the Royal Bank of Scotland deny it is anything to do with them. I also do not have any invoice that matches this amount.

Would love to write to them but there is no record any where of their address or whereabouts. I have no debt, and I clear all credit cards monthly.

Can you not contact your bank and say it was a fraudulent transaction?
