Question about 02 and credit left in my old pay monthly account...
So I left o2 two months ago, being told that I'd recieve a refund for the rest of the month as I had already been debited for it. I have not received a penny from o2, but my online account has my bill showing as +£8.70 credit. Anyone know if this will eventually find its way back to my bank account or will I have to phone up and whine to customer services?
