So, since I have Talk Talk phone deal already does it make sense to take up their offer of BB. How easy is it to migrate from Tisacli? Anyone got any thoughts on this?

    I would steer clear of the talk talk broadband offer until it is properly up and running.. have a look at adslguide.org talk talk forums and you will find a lot of very unhappy people

    also check when you can have it. I looked into it and it would take till July for the BB to be activated.

    It is easier to get rid of piles apparently. Read up on the complaints by Googling 'Tiscali complaints'. Basically they won't provide the necessary MAC code to enable easy transition to another provider.

    Also you can visit the Ofcom website to read how they have finally decided to investigate these restrictive practices at last.

    They are now quoting August to set up the BB and that's end of so
    Sept really. If it's right that they are relying on getting lines not yet dedicated to them seems too big a risk for me.
