With the recent boom in house prices is anyone putting off or dreading an up coming dinner party engagement for fear they end up sitting beside a repetitious, interminable bull endlessly gasconading about the price of their slavebox?
I've never had, nor never been invited to, nor ever attended, a dinner party.

So it's not relevant to my lifestyle.

I also only know one home owner, who bought a flat because he could and might as well .... and it was cheaper than renting and closer to the pub. He's not interested at all in house prices, his house price, anything .... just beer, XBox and Santana Sports. I have picked up a kebab a few nights and gone round there to eat that and watch a film .... if that counts as a dinner party then house prices have never been mentioned.

Don't worry, we have Halifax next week.

We can do another 20 pages of rubbish.

Can you imagine if it's a negative

LOL, I was going for a bit of deadpan but obviously it didn't quite come off :p
Thank Christ for that. After the extremely unfair reporting (by someone who I would like to meet in a dark alley) of Ad and the subsequent banning it would be a shame if we can't have a laugh. Arguing the endless question of house prices could be quite nasty without a bit of give and take, and some (friendly) banter.

I still don't know the story behind this. Why was AD9898 banned, and who was responsible? (and how do you know who was responsible?). Answer on a PM if it's a contentious story - I liked AD's posts but have no idea why he's gone.

i would have thought that was a bonus for most the people on here. in fact quite a few of them probably are that bull.

I would like to know also, I did respond to mewbies post earlier today so I presume he knows I reported some of his and why. (and now hope that is and end to the matter)
But I have no idea why any one would report AD and why.

I've only ever done the 'Abuse' thing once and that was completely warranted - one well known poster on here decided to PM me to tell me to go forth and multiply (nice!) so that got forwarded to the abuse team.

All a bit silly really.
