Have made this a couple of times - http://www.bbc.co.uk/food/recipes/database/courgettesaladwithpi_7318.shtml - lovely (just chargrilled in a pan rather than barbecued though)

Pooky, things are going really well although he's a bit stressed at the moment with the house move so it's been a bit tense this week. Discovering that he can be a bit moody but I seem to be able to drag him out of it quite quickly. Ex is still getting in touch now and then but he is more or less behaving, nothing like as bad as he was before so I think the message has got through.

That courgette salad sounds lovely, something nice about the chilli and lime flavour with them.

Glad the ex is behaving and things are moving on with the new OH.

Buffy, I've just found some monster spiders in the shed, I just kept talking to them as I was taking stuff out.....I can cope with them out there I just don't want them in the house!

Shed's now all sorted, everything's packed away and the utility room is half way to being cleared for Wednesday. Ironing next - I can't wait!

    Afternoon all,

Well our lovely cat decided she wanted to go out at 5 again this morning, thats two days in a row and typically I couldnt go back to sleep cos I knew other halfs alarm was going to go off at 6!

Got quite a busy day ahead of me but I just cant seem to get the motivation to even get out of my dressing gown!

Today is my last day to get things done before I start the new job and theres no way on earth I'll get anything done this weekend!

    Toria :j
Time to get things sorted once and for all......

buffy - hope you can evict the spider as soon as possible. We have FIVE living on the porch window. Thankfully they're on the outside and I can cope with them there!

Didn't get to the library or the breastfeeding clinic - it was precipitating cats and dogs here. Which means that more rain has come in through the roof of the sun-room :(

We are off to visit a friend at the other side of town but I'll be without car radio... unless I can justify paying to decode it AGAIN. I've lost the decode pin and it'll cost £15 so I can listen to the radio / tapes in the car. I was hoping to find the pin but alas it's definitely lost!

Have a great afternoon folks... I'll try to get on again later.

    There's a real world?

I've been stripping dried lavender off my bunches that were hanging in the shed, have tons of the stuff now and it smells lovely.

Done half the ironing, the other half might have to wait until tomorrow.

Looks like it's about to chuck it down which would be great - we've not had any rain for nearly a month now and the garden is crying out for it.
