    Morning campers.

So jealous of you lot exercising your green fingers ! Sal - Courgettes are lush grated, microwaved for about 90 sec, layer into oven proof dish with parmesan and stick in oven for 5-10 mins- yu-u-mmmy!!!

Going into Glasgow today - need to pick up written reference from last employer, Hubbles' work have been asking to see Nathan and may have a mooch for a shirt for this interview () as the ones I have are a bit snug around the chesticle area... Might have to invest in a Bravissimo one for curvy girls:rotfl:

Cat - Lovely to see you back. I'd love a decent sized veggi plot - I have carpol tunnel in both wrists though, so digging is a no no most days. I've got a tiny back garden, it's paved with 2 ft wide boardes around the edge and I've used those and hanging baskets/big tubs to grow everything.

Red - Hope it's not swine flu, if in doubt, get yourself home and rest! How's it going with the new OH? Has ex backed off now?

I've done loads this morning and am just off out to tackle the shed . There's beasties in there and I'm dreading it but DH can't do it because of his neck and back and I need to get DD's bikes back in....wish me luck.

Well I was up with the lark this morning too, no warm hubby to keep me in bed obviously;)
Been Asda and spent £230  BUT there was quite a bit of alcohol and nice things for weekend, with bro in laws and mum in law coming down and that:rolleyes: (currently having an elastic band burger on m40 services).
Other than that nowt a lot happening here.

Have made this a couple of times - http://www.bbc.co.uk/food/recipes/database/courgettesaladwithpi_7318.shtml - lovely (just chargrilled in a pan rather than barbecued though)

Pooky, things are going really well although he's a bit stressed at the moment with the house move so it's been a bit tense this week. Discovering that he can be a bit moody but I seem to be able to drag him out of it quite quickly. Ex is still getting in touch now and then but he is more or less behaving, nothing like as bad as he was before so I think the message has got through.

My lettuces all died but my tomatoes are doing well and so are my pepper?(what happens to the plants once you have harvested the peppers? do they die ?)

I am going to have a productive day today too.

Oooh Buffy, we obviously have the same taste in TV progs! I love Veronica Mars and I don't know if you remember me saying that my daughter and I had been to a Buffy convention, well my daughter also went to a Veronica Mars convention and met Jason (Logan), Francis (Weevil) and Ryan (!!!!!! Casablancas). She sat and had drinks with them, and chatted particularly with Weevil! Jason is quite shy apparently but very friendly!
