Nov Wombling Tally: £27.36 so far... behind target :(

I argued the gloves and they gave in but they refused to give in on the Dirty Dancing video as they said the rating assumed some adult scenes which were against section xx of their xx policy. It was only rated 15 in the UK and they made me feel like I was selling hard stuff!

Their adult policy is often one of the most rigourously policed in the UK yet in the US they have a separate log in for adult items where you need age verification, but is not available for all States.

Couldnt you re-list it as slightly soiled dancing instead of dirty??? (or does that sound worse)

I was expecting it to be removed, but I thought since Amazon sell it (I know eBay and Amazon are not connected ;)) it might be allowed.
I only bought it because I noticed it sold on eBay for nearly 10 times what somebody on Amazon was selling it for.

Must have been drunker than I thought last night/this morning . It was bought from a seller, although Amazon sell it themselves.

It is actually unusual to fall foul of that rule, it wasn't something that I even thought of . However, yes, Amazon do legally sell things that Ebay refuse to allow.

Could I put it on eBay.com? If it is allowed on .com, would I still get some sort of suspension because they told me not to relist?
