Even though you've refunded, I would still try to make Ebay aware of this persons behaviour. It's not on for people to harass others and there are eBay rules about this, so something may still be done.No, Mr A, that is NOT 'Great news'!!

There is a school of thought which suggests that if a buyer is made to open a dispute, PP will eventually be alerted to an unusually unlucky streak.
Do make sure you claim through the RM, as they have similar processes.My TV is broken!
Edit: refunded £515 for TV 1.5 years out of warranty - thank you Sale of Goods Act! :j0 -
Now I know hindsight is always 20/10 but its really a good idea to check buyers feedback left for others before posting, it takes a while but it has saved me a lot of hassle in the past identifying buyers like this.0
