NTL Broadband

i currently have ntl broadband & have seen there's money to be saved if you phone up & say you are leaving as you have seen a cheaper service elsewhere, ive been with ntl for around 4-5 years so im free to cancel at any time. the problem is i will be moving into my first home in around 5-7 weeks, would it be best to try & get a deal from them now & then mention i will be moving or the other way wround?
