Does T-Mobile MDA Pro have Push Email?

I would be grateful for some help with this. T-Mobile seem to have a fantasic offer where this is available for £70 with a £31.88 tariff which is effectively 900 minutes (or £180 pounds of combination of voice, text etc). It also has unlimited web surfing.
The phone seems to be th same as O2's XDA Exec which with the new MIcrosoft Mobile Update does have Push email. The question is does T-Mobile's offering or can it be updated.
The offer runs out on 1 May.
