I have two of these on the 3 network. They have both had to be sent back at least one, and one is hardly used.

They are a great phone but with IMO poor reliability.

One, that I use all the time was sent back because the navigation button in the middle just simply disintegrated. 3 firstly argued that I needed to claim on the insurance as it had been broken. the problem is that it had got broken during normal use! I contacted Dialaphone as I had had it less than 6 months and they arranged a collection and repair.

The next problem I had with it is that the same button became next to useless, failing to open up the phonebook etc. It went back again and was fixed properly.

The other, which I was using as a stand in, had to have the software reflashed. I made sure I sorted these under the guarantee.

£30 doesn't get you fantastic quality.

I got mine from amazon same price (£29.99) but free postage.Its a ok phone but decided to trade it in cos its just too big!!

Superdrug & Savers both have these on 3network if you want to look at one before you buy about the same price if I remember right
