Migrating from SIM only to full contract ~ Orange
Just after some advice/tips.
I have had my Orange SIM only for 3 months, so now I am eligible for a full contract with handset.
Now i've never called up to get a deal on a contract, my last one was with T-Mobile which has just ended, and I did all that online, so didn't need to speak to anyone.
The SIM only i've got is only the £15 a month one and i've never gone over that. so are they likely to offer me a rubbish deal because i've not spent a great deal with them yet? As my understanding is that they base it on what you've spent, not what you are going to spend.
I know what plan i want but i've got a feeling i'm going to get stung for the handset.
Any tips on how to haggle would be appreciated, also if i get a deal do i have to accept it or will they hold it while i think about it?
thanks :T

Look at the deals on offer on other provider's sites, pick a set with similar price range and use that to haggle. And while on phone you could fib a bit, they wont have time to check if you are telling truth or not.0
