T mobile charge

i have recently found out from t mobile that i have been charged for their webNwalk internet service when i never subscribed to it for the past year:eek: and now i called customer services they say they will not charge me for this months and will cancel it but wont refund me any money even though they have confirmed that i have never used the service. :mad:

can anyone tell me if their is anyway i can reclaim that money back ?

  • I don't think there is to get it back now as it's been so long.

    Was it not specified on your bill?
    If you're PAYG, did you not notice credit disappearing?
  • im on contract but i have more than one line with them so when the bill does come i just normally look at the front page and asuume that i am paying the correct ammount, never thought of questioing it now i do regret it will go through my bill with a finecomb now but suely if i never used the service and they have confirmed this whhy should i pay for it ?:confused:

    Some networks will go back 3 months, but its down to you to check your bill to make sure its right (that is why they send it to you).
  • Jon 01 is right - you really should check your bills. If they have itemised it on the bill, I'm afraid you can't blame them...
