Orange > 02
Hi guys.
I am out of contract with Orange & want to move to 02.
I don't want to port my number over, I bascially want to cut all ties with Orange. Whats the fastest this can happen & how much notice do I need to give them?
Also does anyone know if 02 will give you a option on phone numbers, if you don't like the one your given?
Thanks

You can sign up with O2 tomorrow if you want.
You need to give 30 days notice to Orange if you are OOC.No free lunch, and no free laptop

porting your number is the quickest way out - as soon as you port out your contract ends, as opposed to having it running up to 30 days after you cancel.. The process takes about 2-3 days to port..0

I always though you were still required to pay the 30 days service even if you port out before that. If that is the case then it wouldn't make any difference.0 -
I rang orange Tuesday & they were more than happy to let me go after 30 days.
Anyone remember days when they would fight to keep you?!?0
