Hi Folks,

I'm a long standing Fast 4 Dial Up customer who pays 99p per month for my internet usage as i've recommended a few people to Fast 4 and they have gave me a discount.

I'm taking the plunge and signing up to their BB service. They have offered me the following deal to upgrade:

Half Price Activation normally £47.00 now £23.50
Free Modem normally £29.99
Up to 8MB with 2GB limit
Free Weekend Calls by CPS through their phone service Free Talk - No Charge

Total Cost per month after my existing customer discounts = £3.98 per month which i though was excellent.

I was wondering if any current users of Fast 4 Broadband could give me there feedback on the service.

I just phoned customer services and asked what deal they could offer me to upgrade to BB - The girl went away and came back with the above offer, which does seem to good to be true!! I did speak to a few other advisors at Fast 4 and they all repeated the same deal the first girl offered.

How long have you been a Fast 4 Customer? I have been told that the above offer of Half Price Activation and Free Modem is for customers who have been with Fast 4 for more than 2 years. The remainder of the discounts are made up of a £6.00 per month discount for introducing people to Fast 4.

Give them a call and see what they offer you.

I`ve been with F4 for nearly three years and currently pay £6-99 a month.
I have recommended at least four relatives who all signed up with them but I never received any reduction in my monthly fee.
The deal they have offered you should be grabbed with both hads very quickly.
At £3-99 for unlimited BB,I can`t see how you can go wrong.
BTW what number did you call them on?

I use fast 4 dial up and pay £5 .I asked fast 4 what they could offer me .
I was offered 1/2 price activation and free moden & filters &free weekend calls . No other discounts .I already have free E&W calls but if I dont take the phone calls the prices increases by £2 .I could make 66 phone calls using 1899 for £2 .So best price £9.98 & phone calls .
Edit they phoned me and left a number for me to call then back
