My question "so what was the sentence "a bull victory" meant to imply?"

By making such a statement THEN thanking one of your own clique for saying no then you are clearly just trying to bait others.

Now that your true colours have been exposed maybe a bit of honesty wouldn't go amiss.

    To answer this question shaker:

I thanked the post for saying "no" assuming it was an answer to my only question, which was "is it time to close the board?"

Dan dan dan....you just basically said the bears dissapeared so the bulls have ruined the board ;)

Quick edit, I'll delete my quote for ya :p

The good bears disappeared, leaving the trouble makers or newbies.

    Ahh right I see.

So newbies aint welcome, and the rest of your "opponents" which you have now defeated anyway are the trouble makers.

Sit back and take a good hard look at what you are writing on an internet forum Dan. Thats serious advice.

Many of us would like to discuss things with you, and others. But it's you that is stopping that happening, and I truly believe you will get a lot more out of this forum if you are willing to listen and willing to get over the "internet forum past".

Well, the ones that stuck around.

You haven't been around long enough to appreciate the full history.

Oh please do tell 'Dan'. :T

P.S. I'm not being demanding but could you also please PLEASE answer my prior question. I know threads as long as this 2 page one that questions can get lost in them but this is my third time asking for a genuine answer. Thank you.

I think that advice goes for 90% of the fruitcakes on here.

Ahh changed the story... again. :rotfl:

Why can't the bulls just get straight to the point or is their grasp of vocabulary and grammar that limited?

That was a rhetorical question by the way, before any of you bulls try to answer. :rotfl:

I see that your twisting my words, once again. When did I say newbies are not welcome? But when you have someone with 5 posts, who joined yesturday, attacking a long term member - troublemaker with a new ID springs to mind.

Dan, you thank these people, so come on, don't thank them then complain about them now.

These people are doing it for attention, much like you were making this thread for the same purpose. You give them that attention. They are going to come back for more.

I don't think anything is going to change personally, but it would be a shame to see this board simply dissapear. Just don't whinge about people being nasty to you, and then start stupid threads such as this, whinge about the new name every night, then thank them when they insult someone etc etc. And most of all, don't write a great speil about defeating the bears and then say "but I was only asking a question about whether it should be closed".

Anyway, think thats enough lectures off me. I'm not the finest one to talk, just a bit peeved at the way this board is going, as I do, or did enjoy it but have had to find somewhere else with scary people I don't know, as I simply can no longer write a post without being jumped on anymore. When it gets to that stage, you either go insance and get PPR'd, or move on.

I used to Graham, but with my views, I get accused of being a debt-junkie, HPI Cheerleader or stuck in NE.

It gets on your nerves after a while
